Terms and Conditions For 4TH ARQ Competitions

Below are the full terms and conditions which apply to all competitions run by and in collaboration with 4TH ARQ. All our competitions are subject to the same conditions and obligations as outlined below.
  1. To qualify to enter to win the giveaway, as set out in 4TH ARQ’s Instagram post, you must successfully like the post, tag a friend, repost, and follow the @4tharq and @arnottsdublin Instagram handles.
  2. Unless stated otherwise, there is only one entry per person. Multiple entries by the same person shall be treated as one entry.
  3. By entering the competition, all participants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and our terms of business.
  4. The competition is open to residents of Ireland and United Kingdom only, excluding employees and their immediate families of 4TH ARQ and Arnotts, their agencies or anyone else professionally connected with this competition.
  5. All competition entrants must be 18 years old or over.
  6. The prize may not be substituted for a cash alternative or used against alternative products.
  7. The competition winner will be randomly selected on the 6th December 2025 by 4TH ARQ from all the valid entries and a winner will be notified by direct message from our verified @4tharq Instagram account.
  8. Competition winner must be available to come into the 4TH ARQ pop up store to collect their prize between the 6th and the 11th December.
  9. If 4TH ARQ have not received return contact from the prize winner by 8pm on 6th December 2025, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner selected from the valid entries.
  10. Competition prize includes 4TH ARQ clothing to the retail value of €500. The prize must be redeemed in a single transaction. No cash alternative, change, refund or credit will be provided if the full €500 value is not used. Any unspent balance will be forfeited. 4TH ARQ reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value if any prize element becomes unavailable for any reason.
  11. We are not responsible for inaccurate prize information supplied by any 3rd party, and any pictures shown are for illustration purposes only.
  12. We are not liable for any loss, damage or injury that might be suffered by the winner (or their guest) resulting from his or her acceptance of (or failure/refusal to accept) the prize.
  13. Our decision is final and we will not enter into any correspondence.
  14. We reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and/or terms and conditions and/or our terms of business without notice.
