Christmas Returns Policy

Please note that we are offering an extended returns period for Christmas gifts until January 8th, 2023. This will include all purchases made from November 7th. T&Cs apply.

We really hope that you love your order. However, if you are not fully satisfied with the item(s) you have received, you may return the item(s) to us within 28 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition with tags intact. Deliveries are returned at your own cost.

Once items are returned you will be entitled to receive a refund. For item(s) returned after this time we reserve the right to return the item(s) to you. We are not able to refund items that appear to have been worn, washed or are not in original condition. Every aspect of the garment must be free from signs of wear and odour.

Delivery costs are not included in your refund. All goods are your responsibility until we receive them. We cannot refund any items that have not been received safely back to us or that get lost in transit. Please ensure they are packaged appropriately so that they do not become damaged in transit. 

Please note we do not accept returns in person, only via DPD or An Post.

*Socks are non-refundable.

 

How to Return:

If you choose to return your item(s) we aim to process your return within 14 days of receipt, however in exceptionally busy periods (such as during sales) this may take up to 28 days. You will be refunded using the same payment method by which you made the purchase.

  • Please pack up your item, complete with all the tags.
  • Log onto https://www.anpost.com/Post-Parcels/Click-and-Post/Returns, select 4TH ARQ from the 'Retailer' drop down menu, select your reason for the return along with your order number.
  • Choose to log-in or continue as guest. Select your return method (drop-off/collection), enter your address if booking collection, then click and to bag & checkout to confirm.

 

UK Returns:

UK customers are responsible for the return of UK orders back to 4thARQ HQ. Please reach out to help@4tharq.com for further information on how to process your return. 

Klarna Returns:

Follow the regular return instructions (above) and make sure to keep the tracking number of your return. Log into your Klarna account and select “Report a return” so that your statement is paused. As soon as the customer service team has registered your return, Klarna will send an adjusted invoice.
