Very unsatisfied. Mostly with the company. Even thought the item has a really nice quality and I really like their products, it’s very upsetting they don’t cover returns charges. I emailed them because I had few questions about the return and refund process and didn’t get all my questions answered. I had to return these leggings since they didn’t fit which can oftenly happened and had to pay 12£ for the return. That’s insane 😩
