Terrible returns service. Didn’t want to keep the jacket, but will cost approx £40 to return it. £5.99 for courier and then have to drive approx 45mile round trip which means about 2 hours of time and they only open during work hours. So time off work! Brutal system, not wanting items returned. No customer experience considered in the process.
Won’t be buying again.
I love this jacket, it’s so cosy & not too bulky! I got a size XS-S and I’m a 6/8 and I like the fit.
Would looove this in a longer version!!
I honestly love this jacket for the look, warmth and comfort. Unfortunately, the zipper is not well made and almost always catches on the inner lining of the jacket when zipping it up, causing the lining to tear and the stuffing to fall out. This is highly disappointing given the price point of the jacket. Although it is a lovely jacket, I would not recommend buying it.
