Missing Signature drawstring

Nice and cosy. I decided to save it for a cold first time wearing it realising its missing the signature drawstring and it was out of date for returning. Never had an issue like this with the other hoodys I bought from 4th ARQ

Outside lovely inside not so much

This is so soft and cosy on the outside but there’s a lining on the inside so not what expected. had to return. Annoying not free returns also. Would be lovely if inside matched outside. Small fit also wish it was longer too

Very soft and fluffy, lining feels a bit weird in the arms. I got an L as I have bought that size in the Lennox range and was quite snug. Unfortunately had to return
